Datasheet
Atmega168 PA-AU is a high performance, low power 8-bit AVR microcontroller. It is designed for use in a wide range of applications, including industrial controls, consumer electronics and automotive systems.
Atmega168 PA-AU has a maximum clock frequency of 20 MHz and is capable of executing instructions at speeds of up to 20 MIPS. It has 16 KB of in-system self-programmed flash memory, 1 KB of EEPROM, and 1 KB of SRAM. The microcontroller features 23 universal I/O lines, a 6-channel 10-bit ADC, and a range of communication interfaces, including USART, SPI, and I2C.
Atmega168 PA-AU is designed to operate over a wide voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, making it suitable for battery powered and low voltage applications. It also has a low-power sleep mode, which can be used to reduce power consumption when the device is idle.
The microcontroller is packaged in a 32-pin TQFP package and meets RoHS standards. It is rated for industrial temperature ranges (-40°C to +85°C) with excellent EMI and ESD performance.
The Atmega168 PA-AU microcontroller is supported by the Atmel Studio Integrated development environment (IDE) and is compatible with a variety of third-party development tools. The IDE includes an assembler, a compiler, an emulator, and a debugger to make it easy to develop, test, and debug the code for the microcontroller.
